There's only one way to live life and that is to be aggressive and good-based. If you take life casually you will become a casualty.

Recently, I received an email quoting a German national who thought that the NAZIs during Hitler's Germany was some fools and harmless. He was caught in a huge surprise that in not a very long time the Nazis had owned Germany and owned the businesses. What followed was the butchering of the 6 million Jews. Although the NAZIs were not the majority in the beginning they won because of their aggressiveness. The rest of Germany lost because of their passiveness. The email is pointing out the great fact that today's fanatic Muslims that pursue terroristic attacks are the minority. But they are aggressive. If we will not do something about it, one day we will wake up under their dominion and plunder and then lose our Christian faith. Therefore we Christians cannot not be aggressive.

I am a follower of the philosophy of individualism which I started 27 years ago. People have got to individualize, and not be individualistic. I believe that life is so personalized and there is nothing you can do to change an individual if that individual does not want to change. Everyone of us makes our own mind. Everyone is literally an individual on his or her own right.

While some people may think that individualism is a selfish posture, what remains in the dispositional capabilities of man is that he or she will live his/her life until the end by himself/herself. Corporately speaking we live with our families, but individually speaking we all live alone by ourselves.

For this reason, we must all summon our personal resources to be aggressive. We cannot not be aggressive. To maximize our existence we must be aggressive. If you are passive you must wake up from your slumber. Get up and get employed by dreamers, if you have failed to design your own dreaming. If you are passive people will pass you by, even those who are much younger than you. Passive people die without experiencing their life.

What is the secret to success? I asked my friend, Paul Verzosa, this question. His answer jolted me. I asked why in network marketing some people go to the top in the fastest time. He said, "It's like politics, if you run for councilor, you do not have to shake hands with so many people. If you run for mayor you have to shake hands with more people. If you run for congress, you must shake hands with a lot more people. And if you run for president, then you should really be aggressive in shaking hands with so very many people. It's the same thing in network marketing. You need to talk to many people if you want to get to the top."

I teach in my JASE Lectures that in life it is all about scheming and evading. Just like in playing basketball you must scheme through the opponents' guarding strategy and you must evade the coming onslaught of attack. My philosophy is very controversial and certaily unique, it's almost not Christian. But that is how one should live his life, be aggressive and be good. How can you be good and aggressive at the same time? Yes, you can, if you are a true Christian. Why you have to be aggressive is because if you do not become one, you will not become the great leader that God wants you to be, in business, in politics, and even in religion. I call that philosophy in tagalog, "Utakan, Iwasan."

THE POWER OF AN IDEA

Manny Lumba was the man behind the creation of Jollibee, now a fastfood chain that originated in the Philippines . In 1978, the Tan brothers/family (?) approached him concerning their ice cream parlor which was then making insignificant bottom line. Prior to this, Manny worked for the Philippines office of McCann Erickson, a multi-national advertising company, which counted Unilever, Coca-Cola, Malaysian Airlines, among its accounts. Still before his stint with McCann, he worked as advertising manager with Nestle’s Philippines office with respect to the promotions, advertising, media, merchandising and public relations requirements of such brands as Nescafe, Milo, Nestum, Pelargon, Lactogen, Milkmaid, Alpine, Nestle’s chocolate bars, Nestle’s Thick Cream, etc.

As the first management consultant for the Tan family’s business, Manny invented the brandnames “Jollibee”, "Chickenjoy," "Yumburger," and conceptualized the Jollibee mascot, a bee with human attributes. He won their approval to re-configure and transform their business from an ice cream parlor to a hamburger chain.

Many years ago, Manny was reading his young daughter’s comic books when he conceptualized the Jollibee mascot. Since Manny could not draw, he engaged Jimmy and Oggie of Marc Advertising to flesh out in cartoonized graphics the concept of a bee on his mind. He instructed them in detail how the cartoon character would look---chef’s hat, white gloves, round head, sparkling eyes, red dinner jacket with vest, wings and all. He used the bee in his first Jollibee tv blockbuster commercial which told in animated cartoon of a king who got so sick he couldn’t eat for loss of appetite. When hope seemed all but gone, Jollibee flew into his palace and brought him "yumburger." This brought him back to health to the delight and relief of his subjects. The tv commercial was also Manny’s own original.

Now from humble beginnings, Jollibee has become a multinational company, the number one fastfood chain in the Philippines , beating MacDonalds. Thanks in part to Manny Lumba, for making the initial long term growth and development as well as marketing strategies, including the development and integration of a Jollibee corporate culture, a far cry from the mom-and-pop operation that the company once was.

To this accolade, Manny says “I was a small cog in the Jollibee machine. Tony Tan made it happen. A few years ago, Tony Tan won the much-coveted Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Ultimately of course, for something as good as this, God must have been behind us more than any one realized.”

It was Karl Marx, the originator of the concept of Communism, who said: "An idea whose time has come cannot be stopped." Also, Albert Einstein said: "If at first your idea doesn't seem absurd, then it has no hope."

Folks, it's all about the idea in your head. We all have ideas, but the problem is we do not put these ideas out, which sends these ideas to naught. Cocacola was just an idea in the beginning. Now, Cocacola is all over the world. I would not be surprised it may now be in the planet Venus. Electricity, which is the greatest invention of all times, was an idea. And Microsoft windows, which made Bill Gates a multi-billionaire, was simply an idea in Bill Gates's head.

SuperMindsSystems was an idea and now many people already know about it and participate in the Saturday Live teleconference call. And SMS will fill the world around. The day will come SMS will be in the planet Mars. Futuristic, hah!

Let your ideas come out and turn into a concept. I think, for me anyway, the greatest concept is religion. Roman Catholicism is definitely more powerful than Communism. Both were concepts.

Don't die without getting your ideas out. Les Brown said, "The richest place in the world is the cemetery. It's there where ideas are buried, books that have not been written lie down dormant, and dreams unfulfilled occupy the entirety of the cemetery."

It's really up to you. Like Manny Lumba, he went to work with his ideas. Filipinos were not a hamburger eating people but he made them eat the yumburger. Manny, as per the Ayudtudized philosophy, "CULTURIZED A CULTURE."

BE THERE TO INSPIRE

Needless to say, there are thousands and thousands of opportunities around us whereby our lives can become financially better. There are two kinds of people who will not get involved with an opportunity that will improve their lives. These are the lazy ones and the negative ones. The lazy man will not get involved because it requires work to be better. The negative man will question everything and will never get involved. To the negative, everything is suspect. Even if a thing is real, the negative will not even come near because he doubts the reality of that real thing. The lazy is full of alibi. The negative is full of doubts.

Not everyone will have a better life. But things to make anyone better abounds. The reason why not everyone will have a better life is because not everyone will choose the better life. Everyone wants to be better, but not everyone will do the necessary things to be better. Everyone wants to have more money but not everyone will put forth effort to get the money. Only those people that will choose to be better and choose to do the things that are needed to be better will have a better life.

The problem is not the world nor the government. The problem is the man you see in the mirror. You are the main problem. If you are a complainer that shows that you are the cause of your problem. If you are poor, you too are the cause of your poverty. You may say that you have already done your best to become better in life but up to now you have not yet obtained it. Why you have not obtained it is because there is something that is wrong with you that is preventing you from obtaining what you want. Perhaps you are still lazy. Perhaps you are still negative. You see, if you did everything right and you did it long enough you'd be successful by now.

You need to change yourself. Even if you change place where you live but you don't change yourself, it will still be the same for you. You may change your job but if you do not change yourself, you will still be the same. The problem is not the people around you. The problem is yourself. To cure your situation, you must change yourself first. And changing yourself is not easy. But it is not impossible. You just have to recognize the fact first that you are the problem.

To change yourself start by inspiring others. Make it an effort to inspire others. Develop the discipline to inspire others. Make it an action thing for you. Start your day by inspiring the first person that you see. Tell the person that he or she is good, and that he or she has great potential. I am very sure that if you learn to inspire others, you too will be inspired. Develop this as a habit. Be aware always that you are living your life now as an inspirer. Even if people do wrong things find a way to inject inspiration. Say, "you do the wrong thing now, but tomorrow, with God's help, you will do the right thing." Just praise the person. Look for that part of that person that is praiseworthy.

When you inspire others you will find that you too will be inspired. And if you keep on doing this, you will find that you will be changing to a better person. When you developed this attitude, the next time that you will wait for to happen is timing. You will be surprised some wonderful things will happen to you in the days to come. And your success will simply happen. With a positive attitude, all good things can happen to you.

IS IT BECAUSE YOU JUST WANT TO SURVIVE?

Living in the world is all about survival. In fact, when a relative dies the obituary always reads, "as survived by." All of us living now are survivors. Of course, we survived through our personal trials and tribulations. However, the true question is: "Are we just here for the sake of survival?" No! We're here in the world to live a good life, to live a pleasant life, and to live a life that's filled with love and harmony. Yet, this doesn't come by not doing anything. This doesn't come easy.

There are things to do in life. Once we do the right things we get right results. Big results do not come quickly. To be successful is to do the right things and to be patient while doing the right things. Doing the right things and obtaining a big result in life is quite simple. All you need to do is do what you can do consistently over time. You do not have to do big things to obtain big things in life. You can do small things, little by little, and these build up over time. You must have patience. Patience is truly a virtue. You cannot harvest right away. Whatever you plant you cannot harvest on the following day. Harvest takes time. It comes in due time.

Be sure what you are doing is according to the law of nature. For example, to harvest you must plant first. Be sure that what you are doing now is the right thing. This means that if you want to earn more money in the long run you must do the thing that has the potential to give you more money later on.

If you are only working in a job, do you think that after working in that job for ten years your salary will become doubled or tripled? For example, if you are getting 20$ per hour now, do you see yourself getting paid $50 per hour after working in that same company for ten years?

If you think that your $20 per hour now will only become $30 per hour after ten years, I must tell you that that is not a lot.

That's why working in a job is a poor way of figuring out big success in life. Some jobs mean "just over broke."

What you must do is not to think only of surviving. Working for salary is merely thinking about survival. It's a poor way of living a life. You must get into business. Remember: Profits are better than wages. Wages will make you a living, but profits will make you a fortune. To get profits is to be in business.

People do not know the power of a home-based business because they are ignorant of the concept. Many people frown on network marketing. They do not know what the concept is. They haven't studied what network marketing truly is.

Anyway, you have to make a choice. Do not live a life only in survival mode. You must get into a system that will give you time and money together. And that system is the business system. But traditional businesses require a huge investment. In the home-based business the capital is very minimal.

I suggest that you look into the concept of network marketing. If you do not get into some kind of business, you will always be in a survival mode.

GET INTO THINKING LONG TERM

True success is long term. The problem is not very many of us think long term. And thinking long term is not just about thinking about it. There is a make up involved, which means that you have to work on it if you want to be able to work on long term success.

I have been talking to a store clerk named Mendis from the corner of our house here in Staten Island, New York. I presented to him a business I am involved with that is done only through network marketing, which we term as relationship marketing. I wanted Mendis to have a one on one meeting with me so that he will get a grasp of the concept. He said, "Yes, Dr. John, I am really interested and I must see the presentation. But I seem not to have any time at all." I simply said, "What you need is to compare what you are doing here in the store with what I am doing. I do not work on a regular job and I make money, and I have been doing this for quite a while now. All you need is understand the concept of network marketing."

You and I need to learn things if we want to have success in life at all. Jim Rohn, a living legend in business philosophies, said: "Learning is the beginning of wealth; learning is the beginning of health; and learning is the beginning of spirituality." You cannot just get into business without learning. And especially the network marketing business, there is a different kind of learning involved. First of all, which is very important, is that you have to know if the company is long term. And the qualification of a long term company depends largely on the owners of that company. If you can get involved in a good networking company, you can plant your feet deep and go to work. The logic is always build long term.

I always tell my students in JASE Lectures, a lecture entity I founded back in the Philippines, "If you do not die in ten years you will live." That is so simple. But the fact behind the simplicity of the statement is deep. What would you do if you live ten years from now? What kind of life will you have at that time? Do you think you will be successful ten years from now if you do not do anything? Of course not.

In all businesses and very especially true with the MLM industry you get many people who will work for you down the road. These people, however, are also working for themselves. In network marketing everyone wants to have a better shot on life. It's very easy for people to get hundreds of downlines down the road. David Bass, my friend who is one of the top leaders of BPI Worldwide, had 50,000 people in the other company that he had business with. 50,000 is no small number. Yet, Ronnie Kirkland, a national consultant of Ambit Energy, had 700,000 customers in Excel Communication. But, look, Michael Kane of ACN has over 2,000,000 customers.

How we rejoice when we already have ten people on our downline. And our rejoicing grows when the ten becomes 1,000. Yes, they build over time. And the magic of thinking long term comes in here. You certainly will not have a thousand people in a month. But you can have that number maybe in two years. It all depends on how fast the people under you work.

What happens to your income if you get 50,000 people like David Bass? Your income will shoot to the roof, so to speak.

Guys, thinking long term is the way to go. But it is not that simple. You have to make it a conviction within you that you want to work a thing and really make it big. Make it a part of your sleeping moments. Make it an activity on your waking moments. Be motivated by the thought. Think of it every moment of the day. Life is built up whether you build it or not. What I mean by this is if you do not do anything your life gets built up old, sick, poor, and nothing. If you do something and work hard long term, you will be able to build a good life ahead of you.

You and I must learn to build long term.

MONEY IS THE LIFEBLOOD OF EXISTENCE

Money is God's means of supplying the need of the people. It's a concept that got invented somewhere from time immemorial to ease the barter transaction in the olden days. Money was in the form of gold in its original phase, and then it evolved to using silver. Finally, when the banking systems got in place, technocrats of the olden days decided to simply give out a certificate of deposit of silver or gold to people that had to do with the barter transaction. We happened to call that now as trade or business.

Money answereth all things as declares the book of King Solomon in the Bible, Ecc. 10:19. And then in Proverbs 13:22, King Solomon affirmed that the wealth of the heathen is laid for the just. In SuperMindsSystems, we do not only pursue the creation of wealth in order to deliver the poor from poverty, but also we set as a philosophy that success should not be delayed.

With todays very fast movement of the bartering transactions, there should be no reason that young people should acquire wealth the soonest possible time.

SuperMindsSystems is about gathering the youth at ages 17 to 22 for mentoring. What do we aim to accomplish with these age group? To make them millionaires before they reach the age of 30.

If anything, the goal alone drives me to work incessantly to qualify these group of young people.

Qualification is the thing that we do big in our mentoring. To get something out of life you first have to qualify for it. Before you become you must work on the qualification process.

I teach this, and my followers also teach, that the poor are not qualified to be rich. I am not saying that they will not become rich. At the moment the poor are not qualified. Why? It is because there is something wrong with their mindset and behavior. The way that the poor see things disqualify riches. Does this mean that the poor will not change? Of course, they can. But will they? That's the main question. For the poor to become rich they first have to qualify. How do they qualify? They've got to change their thinking, they've got to change their behavior, they've got to change their language. So, right now, if you are one of the poor that falls to this criteria I am dealing with here, you need to get to the qualification process. And SuperMindsSystems is indeed dealing with that qualification big time.

Why the youth? And why the 17 to 22 years old only? It is a project study. It's difficult to mentor the older people. And SMS is not for everybody. I choose the youth. It's almost like what Jesus said to His disciples, "You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you."

Not all the youth have the proper attitude and behavior. Dream is one thing. And the youth are dreamers. Yet, you can dream as much as you want to but if you do not qualify yourself FIRST to fulfilling your dreams then you are nothing. You'd be life someone who dreams to become a doctor and never go to school. So in SuperMindsSystems it's only for the young people who would listen. The main thing with SMS is "Life is good-based, present-based, and development-based." Ayudtudism, as I call my teaching, is premised on a very simple fact: "If you do not die in ten years, you will live. And what will you do if you do not die in ten years?"

I am plugging the SuperMindsSystems youth to opportunities. There are tons of opportunities in the world. Last night, at the Hilton Hotel, Rudy Sario and I attended a presentation on how to sell and make money on the internet. This opportunity is perfect for the youth. There are close to 400,000 people now who are full time selling merchandise through the internet. The youth of SMS will embark into online businesses. This was my main goal why I attended the presentation.

DO YOU TALK TO DREAM BUSTERS?

Life is already difficult enough by just letting it roll on by itself. We feel the grind of life when we push for the materialization of our dreams. At times we experience extreme pressures of negative forces from both sides, one hand pulling us back and the other pushing against us. We feel sandwiched in between struggles and difficulties. In moments like this we feel defeated and hopeless. Some even get the thoughts of suicide as the way out.

Why in the world when you feel in stride looking at your dreams realistically and from nowhere a dream buster hits you in the head? The answer is compellingly simple: your dream buster got busted ahead of you. He's actually pitying you for trying. He's saying, "Are you kindding me, I've been there before and nothing happened!"

Jim Rohn teaches that one of the greatest possibilities in life is the possibility to try. This is so very true. At least you can try. But Charles Givens said, "To say that you have tried and it did not work out is unacceptable." Jim Rohn and Givens are great people. Yes, at least you can try. That's a possibility. But just to merely try is not acceptable. If you want to fly an airplane you cannot just try. If you want to land an airplane you cannot just try. If you want to succeed you cannot just try. Thank God you can try, but do not just try.

Try to succeed, but do not just try. You must succeed. Try to go to the top, but do not just try getting there. You must go to the top.

3% of the people in the world owns 97% of the money. The 97% of the people in the world works for the 3%. Where are you?

Let's start the ratio from the top. The top 10% of the people in the world is doing very well. If you happen to be on the top 10, you are probably a multi-millionaire, if not a billionaire. If you happen to be on the top 20, you are still doing pretty well. But you see, it becomes a pyramid going down. When you see the pyramid, only very few people are on the top. Perhaps, the man on the very top is the richest man in the world. He's probably the Pope of Rome, not Bill Gates. As the pyramid goes down, the people on the downside are thicker. So, if on the top 10% there's a million people, the bottom 10% is maybe 5 billion. You and I are on the bottomest part, otherwise I would not be writing this and you would not be reading.

This is a pity!

Now, here comes your dream buster. He says, "You poor thing, you are wasting your time. Forget all about this dream thing of yours." When you heard this you're pulled down and pushed against. You're in a sandwich. And you feel like killing yourself. Yesterday, you felt you were on the top of the world. Today, you feel like you're in hell. Why? You got hit by a dream buster, and he hit you in the head.

Now, going back to Mr. Rohn's discovery: Can you try? Yes, of course, you can! Then, why not? You will probably answer: "Oh, I was told that I would never make it." But who told you that? Did Warren Buffet tell you that? Did Bill Gates tell you that? Did Rupert Murdoch tell you that? Chances are, a loser told you that. A loser that is well-intentioned. A loser busted your dream because his dream also got busted. While the possibility to try is a big gift from God, you cannot just try. Be it. Succeed! Make it! You cannot just try. Get that plane up in the air. Get that plane landed on your destination.

The reality is, if there's 100 people in your circle of association, 97 of them are dream busters, and a good majority is the expert. Expert in dream busting! Wow! Do you know anyone in your circle who is expert in dream busting? What happens if you listen to them? You will become them. You will also become an expert dream buster. You also go to your friends who moments before showed fire in the eye about their dreams and you say, "Oh, you remember your dream that you told me about?" Your friends will answer and say, "Yeah, we are so on fire, and we are definitely gonna make it!" And you tell them, "Forget about it. It's never gonna happen." And you're friends get busted too. They become like a kind of grass in the Philippines that we call "sleepy grass," that when you touched it it goes to sleep.

You'll do good in life if you watch yourself agains dream busters. Now, they're all well intentioned. They may be a close relative. They show their care. And if you listen to them you will never go up. Read the book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad." You will understand what I am saying here.

OUR OWN PERSONAL ATTRITION

Doing things continously over time leads you to a burnout. In the Filipino language we call it: "Nakakasawa." Nakakasawa is the attrition principle in English. To explain it, we come to dislike the things that we used to like, if they're all that we do. If you eat the same food over a period of time, it becomes almost natural that you loathe that kind of food even though in the beginning you liked it so much. This attrition principle is so real and happens all the time. And it happens to all things and to all people.

While there are many lessons that we can learn over the transitions and the changes that almost always naturally happen in our lives, we must also guard ourselves against our own personal attrition rates. Our own personal attrition is so compelling that it will cheat us out of achieving our successes that may already be closer to realization. How many times have we've caught ourselves wanting to quit on what we are doing, which in the beginning we really loved to do it? But the reason why we did not quit was because we knew that we cannot live without it. Feelings of disgust sometimes ruin our joys and ruin our relationship with our family, not to mention our relationship with people in general because we feel like we are no longer excited with life. We oftentimes say, "Oh, if there's just something else that I can do!"

There are things in our life that it's alright to quit on them; however, there are things that are so important that even if we have gotten so tired doing them we cannot stop. No matter how difficult the times, we cannot stop taking care of ourselves. Some jobs require people to wake up very early in the morning. To get up after just a few hours of sleep is so uncomfortable, but what can you do? You cannot not go to work. We cannot quit on our family. We cannot quit on life.

That down syndrome moments in our lives where we felt like nothing good is working in the system that we got plugged in must be guarded against. Most of the things that we easily quit on have to do with our dreams. If someone had told you that life was easy, that person lied to you. If someone did tell you that success is a piece of cake, that someone did not really care about you. You were told a deception in the highest order. So, if you got plugged in to a system that had a promise to materialize your dreams you got to guard against your personal attrition rate. If some people have succeeded, you too could succeed! Why it's not happening to you now is because you are still in the learning process, you are new to the system, and you may have already worked out the system but the system has not yet worked out for you. You should be persistent, you should disregard your emotions, you should keep doing what were required of the system for your attaining the success.

A story is told in the book, "Think And Grow Rich," by Napoleon Hill, about a man from Pennsylvania who went to the West during the gold boom era to get his share of the gold. He bought the equipments and dug the place where all signs showed there was much gold in it. He dug and dug but the veins of the gold had stopped. And there was no gold to be seen. He dug more and more. Still there was no sign of gold. Finally, he quit digging. A farmer bought his equipments, and he, distraught, returned home. Then the farmer went back to the hole and dug some more. In just a foot deeper into the hole the gold, much gold, appeared.

There is only one way to become rich in this world and that is to have your own business. Whatever business you are in right now has a promise in the future to make you wealthy. Are you going to be successful right away? No. It takes six years to see success in business. Are you going to have some tough times? Yes. Will you have some moments that you will feel like quitting? Yes. Will there be moments that you will argue in your mind that there could never be another way that you can do to succeed? Yes. So, at that time, it will therefore make a sense for you to quit. The Pennsylvania man thought that there was no gold in the hole he was digging in. It became clear to his mind that the future efforts and investments that he would put in would just be a waste. He convinced himself that he was a failure. But his thoughts were only imagination of failure. The fact was, there was the gold waiting for him to see one more foot deeper. Had he dugged more, he could have found what he dreamed of finding.

You may be engaged in a wealth building process right now as you're reading this. You may be convinced that all is hopeless. If you have seen others succeeded in the same thing that you are doing, this means that the system works. What you have now is the attrition rate principle. This means that you are convincing yourself that this thing is not working for you. You must be saying to yourself that it is only working for other people but not with you. If you convinced yourself that the thing is not really working for you, it will only make sense to yourself that you should quit. But what will happen if you quit? It means that you have quit on your dreams.

Success is never easy. Only 3% of the people in the world go to the top. It's not easy to go to the top.

There's so much personal attrition rate happening in people's emotions. You and I must guard ourselves from being a victim, not of failure but of the attrition rate.

If you will just go on and never quit, you will see that success is waiting for you.

Are you engaged in a business that has a promise of great success ahead of you? Do not quit. Give yourself six years. 80% of that six years is success.

Life is good-based, present-based, and development-based. To live a good life you cannot do the bad. Doing the bad will make you bad. If you want to have a good life you must strive to do the good. The good is do not cheat, do not do harm to anyone intentionally, do not destroy someone's reputation, do not get angry, and be forgiving.

Life is also present-based. You can start working for a change by beginning it at the present. You cannot stop doing just because you messed up yesterday or you have to wait for tomorrow when things are better. In this case, there is no past nor tomorrow. There's a saying that goes: "Tomorrow never comes." If you wait for tomorrow, that kind of tomorrow that you are waiting for will never come. Why is that? Because there will always be a tomorrow. You might say, "Oh, this is not the tomorrow that I am looking for where I will begin again." You should not look for the tomorrow or wish that the past will come back again. Life is not tomorrow based but present based. You can only do a thing now. You cannot do it in the past, nor do it in the future. You can only do it now. This means that you can only change your life now, not tomorrow. This means that you can only work on your wealth now. Whatever you want to do there is no other time that you can do it. You can only do it in the present.

The next thing about life is that it is development-based. If you do not have any development, what will you have? You will have the same thing over and over and over again. You can only expect something is going to happen for you if a development is happening in your life. If you are reading a book now that gives you so much ideas about success and about fulfilling your dreams, then you are having a development. Why because the thing that you read from this book will urge you to do something. A building under construction will only get finished if it has development.

If there is no development that is happening in the building it will not get finished. But if there is a constant development that is going inside it, in due time it will get done.

Life is all about the doing of the thing, and the doing of that good thing, and the doing of that good thing now. We call that doing a development. And success is about doing that good thing, the actions that will bring about the development for success, over and over and over again. Have you seen anyone develop some muscles by going to the gym for only once? No. In order for you to have development you must do a thing over and over and over again.

People who work for a job go back to that job over and over and over again. The only thing wrong with this is you just get paid because you are not the owner of the business. You are developing the business of your boss. Five years into your job, you are still the same. You will not get rich, unless you saved some money in that five years and invest that money.

You must have your own development. You must work on your own success. You must invest for your own improvement. While you grow as a person in a job and perhaps become financially sustained, yet you will never become rich because you are not making yourself rich in your job but it is the boss that you are making rich.

It doesn't matter how small you start your own business. The idea is you should own your own business. And there are tons of businesses out there that requires very small capital. The MLM companies allows you to the business with them. They establish the infrastracture, they provide the products, and all you do is advertize the products to your friends. When your friends use the products you get compensated. And so you get other people to do the business with you so that it is not only you who is doing the business. So you grow this way by inviting other people to do the business with you.

In MLM you must look for the people who will understand the concept. Many people do not have the idea about the concept of MLM, so they don't do it. They do it in the beginning then they quit. What is essential in relationship marketing is making people understand what the concept is. And so when they understand what it is and how to work it, they will work it until the end. When you find people who get the understanding, then you will become very successful.

The secret in life is to do what is good, and act on what is required to fulfill your dreams, and then never quit. Just do the thing over and over and over again. You will be surprised what is going to happen with you if you will only keep on doing the thing that has to do with your development. In no time you will become rich and wealthy.

YOU'VE GOTTA WIN

Can you win in life? If you can live long enough, you should win. If you get past forty years old, that means that you have existed long enough to experience life- and if you are smart enough you should experience it the way that you will not regret it if you have to die soon. People die without reaching forty and that is a misfortune. But if they died for a cause, like soldiers, they serve their existence well enough. But if they died in a car accident or in sickness, that's a misfortune. And if they died because of bad deeds or recklessness, they die a loser.

I have a saying that I inventer, which I call the "Ayudtudized" philosophy, that goes, "If you do not die in ten years, you will live." I'm saying, "If you do not die young, you will die old."

The thing is, we do not know when we will die. But the majority lives to an old age. And you can be one of them.

Besides, why worry about dying? Do not think about it, just live. Use caution. Do the activities that will develop you to be healthy. And have the mind to work. Do not be lazy; just work and work responsibly. The reason why I mentioned about death is because that is a reality. But why worry.

You've got to win. God wants you to win. Life wants you to win. Nature helps you to win. The world likes for you to win. You've got to win.

The reason why you will lose is because of carelessness. The reason why you lose is because you do not heed the "instructions."

Young people are smart. They know what they've got to do to succeed. Young people are sharp. But many young people are stupid (pardon my language) young people because they do not do what they know to do. They are smart and good but they do not do the "needed" disciplines. They have their ipods, their i-phones, which is absolutely cool, but they do not pursue to invest in a business that can get lots of profits afterwards.

UPGRADE

I teach the "PLAN, DO, REVIEW" approach in life. I also include "E.R.O." and that means: Event, Response, Outcome. Life is an event, which solicits for a response. And you can wait for the outcome. I say, "Do not wait for events to happen. You create events." Events that occur in your life may vary, and how you respond to them determines the kind of outcome they yield to you. It's important that you create your own events. And so, it's important that you plan what you want to do, which is an event, and you do that plan. After the doing of your plan, you review everything to see whether or not you are on the right track. No matter how much you plan, and no matter how many plan you will make, if you do not do them, nothing is going to happen.

It is important that you upgrade. You may say, "I will upgrade when I get the money." Yes, I do understand that. You cannot do anything without money. But you cannot get the money if you do not upgrade yourself first. You upgrade your thoughts, you upgrade your belief system, you upgrade your actions, you upgrade your vision, you upgrade your outlook. Then, you will be able to get more money. When that happens, you will be able to upgrade your lifestyle.

Do not be content in what you have now, or in what you are doing right now. If you are content, then you will not change. If you keep on doing what you have been doing for years now, you will keep on getting what you have been getting for many years now. Do not expect that things will drastically change for the better. Chances are, loses have more chances to happen to you than gains or improvements.

But if you upgrade your sight, and you set your aim higher and bigger, then you will get lifted up to a higher places. What you aim for is what you will get. Aim bigger. Aim higher. Upgrade!

What you need is to read a book that will build you up. Go to the seminar that teaches you personal development. Get into a conference call where people discuss about success and business. For example, if you plug in to the SuperMindsSystems youth call, you cannot help yourself but be bolstered and be encouraged.

So many new things in life that we need to know. There are thousands upon thousands of opportunity in the world. There are tons of home-based businesses around. You can easily change your life in the next three or five years if you will just get involved in the activity that has a potential to change you. But if you do not get involved, then you do not have any hope.

To upgrade yourself, you must change your thinking. Learn to be upward spiral. Resist the downward spiral tendency. Do not say, "Life is hard." Your subconscious mind will convince you that it is. Say, "I will make it! I will change my life for the better! I will be rich! I will become a millionaire!" Then, your subconscious mind will convince you that you will become all these.

TAMING OUR TENDENCIES

The tendency to fail is greater than the tendency to succeed because of the lack of discipline in ourselves to carry on the proper activities. A proper activity will lead to productivity. Not every activity is proper activity. Watching television is an activity, but may not be the proper activity to get your success followed up. Distinguish your activities to not just be events. Determine to do things that will matter in the long run. A seed planted in a good soil will matter in the long run. Talking to people about a business opportunity will matter in the long run. Spending long hours on the phone to discuss current events or to be romantic can be catergorized as a waste of time. Hanging out with friends over pizza to boisterously laugh about silly jokes is a waste of time.

Success is not easy to have. If it's easy, then the majority of people is now successful. According to the Louisiana State University study of direct selling only 3% of people that get involved in the industry make money. 70% quits, and another 27% simply hangs around and makes small incomes. If success was that easy to get, there would be no poverty in the world. Success is hard to reach because of our failure to tame our feelings and emotions that lead us to lethargy. We all have the tendency to rest rather than work. We do have the tendency to sleep rather than stay up and build up our business. We do have the tendency to not call our prospects rather than to burn the phone lines. We have the tendency to shy away from talking to people. We go to meetings for inspiration but we do have the tendency to go back to ourselves still the same as quickly as we have come and gone to and from the meeting.

We've got to guard our tendencies and tame them to become more upward than downward. It's realy a matter of disciplining our nature. We need to really tame our emotions and to do this we have to understand the kinds of feelings that are going on within our nervous system. We must be aware about the kinds of thoughts that our mind is harboring at the moment. We must be understanding what's going on in our personal lives. The things that are occupying your thoughts at the moment will produce your tendencies. Taming your tendencies is about knowing what is going on in your life right now. This is where rulership comes in. You must be a ruler. You must subdue all things. This all begins by learning to subdue your personal tendencies.

SuperMindsSystems is mentoring the youth. The idea is to teach the youth to become entrepreneurs so that when they graduate college they won't go to work but already are business owners. To do this, there has to be a system that wil allow these youth to own a busines while in college. And SuperMindsSystems creates that system. THOSE LITTLE ACTS ADD UP

A person who never works and do anything, I mean, never acts on anything, perhaps it's all because he has food to eat and money to spend, will live from childhood to adulthood, will grow to full maturity in the physical form, but will never amount to anything. This kind of a person will only live but will never accomplish anything in life. If there are people like this, I am sure there are not so many of them. Everyone alive has got to do something to live, even though he or she may be very very rich.

Every adult individual is the sum-total of all his activities in his childhood to the present. He is what his thoughts had been, and what his actions were all about. All of us are the some total of all of our activities over the past years up to the present. Why we have not attained such a success that others have attained is because of the kind of activities that we had over the past. If all our actions dealt with successes that added up to this day, we would be blowing up with all kinds of successes today. Why we have not attained success is because we have done poorly in all our activities through the years. Many people are trapped in a poor salary job, and through the years they have simply reaped the result of that poor salary. Many people contented themselves in working a job, never ventured into a profit making activity, and now they are old. Their activities over the past years added up but never built them up to make them wealthy.

I want to interfere in the activities of the young people today because I know that if their actions are not channeled into proper activities that will make them wealthy over the years, they will get old poor and in poverty. I must go to where they are at and sit down with them in discussion about the kinds of activities that they should do. Proper activity is productivity. The youth will not prosper over the years if their activities are not geared into the channel that will produce wealth. I take the initiative to talk to the young people that I meet on a daily basis and get them interested into the SuperMindsSystems so that if they become interested I get them into doing the proper activities that will usher them into the channel where their future has the chances to build much wealth and prosperity. I get them into doing the activities that right now may be little yer over time they will add up and will trigger wealth building materials and the factors to breakthrough wealth and prosperity will be all over the surroundings. In other words, little efforts that are wealth oriented will add up over time and these young people get into the channel where the end result will just be wealth and prosperity. I want these young people to become multi-millionaires and maybe billionaires.

Right now, I am simply on the course. And I will not be moved out of this course. I'm steady and I am being guided by my God on the daily basis. I can say that the young people that get into my program and mentoring are God-sent. I am fulfilling God's plan in my life and that is to be the WMGA, the worldwide man of God's anwers. So, I do not worry nor fret. I keep my activities constant and consistent and well-focused to my goal. Someday soon, this thing will build up. What I do now, though small, will add up and will build up.

TRY TO BE IN AND MAINTAIN A POSTURE ON BECOMING MORE

Some people think they're already successful until someone appears who are more successful than them, then they realize that they are not so successful. If you owned a house, you may have the understanding that you are doing very well. But if you happen to meet another person who owns two houses and are more beautiful than the house you own, you would have to admit that this guy is better off than you are, though the difference is only very slight. But if you happen to meet another individual who owns 150 houses, even though you own one house, you would fell a dwarf in front of this towering individual. Yet, the owner of 150 houses can also be dwarfed by another person who owns 500, not only houses, but buildings. A millionaire has so much confidence before people who are merely minimum wage earners. But that millionaire will diminish his confidence when he gets introduced to a billionaire. The point I want to make is that there are lesser people and there are very great people. The great people are not so many, but the lesser are far too many.

You might say, "What's the big deal about being less or great?" First of all, if there are no great people, people who blow up in businesses and in political leadership, or in the field of education, invention, or science, we would not have the kind of world that we have now. People who are big lead. People who are great make the world great. Second of all, it's big deal for someone who wants his life to matter while being given a chance to live in the world.

The only reason why people do not become great is because they have not been shown that it should be the only way to live this life. They have not been inspired to be great. They have not been in the company of great people. I don't think someone should be less. Why be less when you can be more? I know people are afraid that's why they don't even think about becoming greater than what they are now. But if you are reading this and are one of those who think that they cannot become greater than what they are now, I have to tell you that you are thinking falsely. I have to tell you that if you start thinking about bettering your life that in just a couple of years you can already become better than what you are now.

People saying that they are already contented with what they have although they are leading a very poor existence is saying an excuse. But even if they are truthful in themselves doesn't mean what their posture is acceptable. What if you have people that look up to you, or would like to look up to you for help, how could you help them if you are already contented? Thank God there are people that are not contented, and that's why we have an awesome world today.

Try to change your life even in the littlest way possible. Try to change your thinking to improve your life even in the littlest form. You get into a mood of thinking that you know will improve you and day by day maintain that posture. When you do that you are allowing yourself to become better. What if you get into a network marketing business that sells a service or some lotions or potions and do it consistently even if you are only doing that very little? Do you know that in three years time such an activity can improve you so much mentally, personally, and also financially? Just a little effort.

The idea is to get yourself better. Get from being less to be a little more. Improve. Try to be in an improving business. Whatever you do, get into a sphere where there is improvement. And you do this over time. You'd be surprised how much this activity can change you immensely over time. You can even become a millionaire.

This is the idea behind the SuperMindsSystems, 17 to 22 years old young people that I am ushering into my mentoring. And I am doing this consistently. Sometimes I talk to many young people and parents, and sometimes I do not get to talk to anyone. But I always find a way and I maintain my posture of looking and getting better.

WHAT'S THE PROCEDURE?

When you don't know how to do a thing, you just do not know how to do it unless you ask. When you don't know where to go, you just do not know where to go unless you ask. And even if you have the idea how to do a thing, still it isn't enough unless you know the details. And this is where the successful differs from the unsuccessful, and that is the former knows of the details and knows how to carry the details into proper procedures and the latter just assume they know but they really don't.

If success is easy, then there will be so many successful people. Yet 97% of the people in the world simply shares 3% of the world's wealth while the 3% of the people in the world owns the 97% percent of the wealth.

If you have been to New York City, you'd see that the city is made up of tall buildings. Can you imagine that if there are three million people roaming the streets in New York City on the daily basis that perhaps the owners of all the buildings in the city may not be among them? How can that be? What is obvious in this city are the tall buildings, and the people are merely inhabitants. With so many buildings that house thousands and thousands of offices and employees, where are the owners?

How can you become a part of the 3% who are owners of the buildings and the businesses around? Chances are, you'd die without owning anything. And you probably don't care. Why? It's because you already know in your heart that it is impossible for you to own one of these buildings.

Watching Ground Zero being worked on to erect again what was known as the World Trade, I see that there is nothing yet to be seen, nothing as of now. Do I expect that the building would rise up in one month time? I'd be crazy if I do. But, believe me, right now, there is a procedure going on in erecting the new World Trade. And for sure, they got plans. And for sure, they follow the plans.

Many of us are simply ignorant and near stupid. For how could we think that we can attain success if we do not know the procedures to get it? There is no way that you can attain success in life unless you know of the procedures. And even if someone gives you a million dollars and you do not know what to do with it, you might end up becoming insane having that money without knowing how to use it. You see, you and I have to know the procedures into knowing what and how to do life to be in the rank of the successful.

The first thing to do therefore is know of the procedures.

It may take a long time to build, but it doesn't matter, if you are on the right track and are doing the proper procedures, you will get there sooner or later. And this is what the mission of SuperMindsSystems youth. That's why we narrow down our membership to 17 to 22 years old because we want to make sure that these youth will learn of the procedures and so they'll attain financial success and freedom before they reach the age of 30 years old. Mr. Jim Rohn, the mentor of all mentors, says that it only takes 6 years. Any six years, if a person engages in a proper business, he or she will become a millionaire.

My mentoring the SuperMindsSystems youth is about learning the procedures. In the beginning we're in the learning process, in the laying on of our plans, in making sure that our programs are right. Later on, and gradually, we will get into building up. Right now, like Ground Zero, there is nothing to be seen. In the near future, SuperMindsSystems, by doing the procedures will begin to build up. Right now, we have several millionaires who are interested to put their investments in us. Someday soon, we will have many more millionaires. And this really excites us.

Humans are a program- a program of an understanding, certain kinds of understanding. We all operate our lives according to the understanding that we have, and it is the understanding of what we know; and, pretty much, the operation of this understanding motivates around the kind of beliefs each one of us has acquired through the years.

Understand that it is not what is happening right now that moves you, rather, what moves you right now is your understanding that is based on your perception of that which is happening right now. In other words, you do not do the action that is incumbent upon you at the moment by what is required, rather, you act according to how you perceive how the matter should be acted upon.

Each of us act differently on a given challenge. When dared to do something that is new, many of us will say no. Out of 100 people, 3 would do the new thing and the 97 watch or leave.

We are all a program of the past. We don't dare do something that we have not yet done before. And if we are forced to do a new thing we become very anxious doing it.

Because the changes that are happening in the world are very swift, many of us are left out in the past. Instead of taking advantage with what is happening now, which will become a norm in the near future, such as the Internet, we shrink into our own fears and are left in our own corner being left behind.

To cope in the present life we need to reorder the programs of our thoughts in our brain. To do this we must will our brains into it. It is not your brain that run you, you run your brain. You tell your brain what to do. Your brain will follow you if you tell it.

Your will makes you. Do you have a will? Use it. If you don't use your will you will follow the will of others. The problem with this is they do not have any plans for you. This is true when you are only working for a boss. Your boss tells you to do things because he pays you. Your will in this instance is subject to the will of your boss. But does your boss have a plan for you?

So, why not use your will to own your own business? Do not think about a traditional business, think of a business that will only cost you less than $500 to get in and in two to three years you will become a millionaire. Are there businesses like these around?

Times have changed. Yes, there are tons of network marketing business all over the world. What you need to do is join the people that are into change.

If you stay in your job, you will be a loser. But if you get into a network marketing business and stay for five years or more, you will become a winner.

All you need is will it.

UNSTOPPABLE

There are things that cannot be stopped. There are events that once they start they continue on until the end. For example, the build up of strong winds in a hurricane. Once a hurricane starts gathering up strength it becomes unstoppable. A tsunami build-up cannot also be stopped. A tsunami continues to gain momentum until it simply wears down in the end.

Life, too, cannot be stopped if it doesn't meet an early death. It doesn't matter the struggles one faces, as long as there is life, a person will continue to live and can't be stopped.

Whatever we set our minds to do we can become unstoppable if we will not quit. A student becomes unstoppable in school. As long as he or she continues until graduation time, no one can stop this student. Anyone that has a dream and continues to work on that dream, there is nothing that can stop that person from accomplishing the dream.

The way to become unstoppable is to never stop. Sometimes the workings is slow but as long as we do not stop we become unstoppable. The mindset behind becoming unstoppable is to never stop.

The officers of SuperMindsSystems has that mindset. As the search engine Google started quitely and grew quietly, SuperMindsSystems will do the same.

There's no stopping for the SuperMindsSystems young people to become millionaires before they get 30 years old.

"TIME MOVES ON" IS BUT A CONCEPT

Time stays. Only years and months change. It's people that made time to measure our progress and distance in time. In reality, whether it is night or day, summer, winter, fall, or spring, time stays. This is the fact: Time will never go away. Yesterday there was time, today there is time, tomorrow there will be time. All throughout eternity there is time. Time does not go away for it doesn't move. It's people, things, and events that pass. Time does not. Of course, this thing is a philosophy of itself. Many things and thoughts and ideas can be said about time. Time, in fact, is unimportant. Life is, not time.

We are measured though by time because of the many things that we have to do. We apportion our time in doing the things that we have to accomplish. Like writing this article, I need to rush because it is Sunday today and church will start in two hours. If I don't hurry up, time will beat me, and then I will miss the opportunity to come to church.

In this understanding that time pressures us, it is needful for the young people to see how fast time goes. Wait a minute, I just said that time does not go, and that it only stays. Yes, I did say that. But I also said that we measure ourselves with time because of the importance of life. We need to hurry up, because life, not time, is fleeting; because life is more important than time. And if you missed out on life you missed out in using your time, and, vice-versa.

SuperMindsSystems Group envisions to make the young people, 17 to 22 years old, attain early success. To do this we have to take advantage of time. This means that we must really work hard and fast. We must accomplish our task at a given time.

If we don't take care of the things that will take care of us, then we will not be able to benefit from the blessings that God has given man in the times that he has been allowed to exist on earth.

The future is empty for all of us, meaning, our life being not there in the future yet has not yet occupied a space. Right now we are all what we are, in mind, in body, in status, and in condition. Tomorrow everything can change.

Our life will become as we think the way we think and do the actions that we constantly do. In other words, we just do not become what will later become accidentally. Life is resultant. What we do now will result to what it will be tomorrow. This is true even in the food that you eat, in the thoughts that you think, and in the actions that you do.

Some people don't want to be told. "Just let me alone" is a common reaction of people that do not want to be bothered. They want to do their own thing. They do not want what people think or do. Success, incidentally, needs a pattern and a blueprint. If you want to be successful you have to know what it takes to succeed.

SuperMindsSystems is for young people, ages 17 to 22 years old, who subject themselves to personal development. If you want to become a business owner and desire to succeed and like to see yourself become a millionaire before you reach 30 years old you must be willing to undergo development of yourself. SMS is a membership-based group who does mainly mentoring and fund raising. The mentoring is for personal development, and the fundraising is for raising funds to raise up a capital to start a business.

SuperMindsSystems is only to the selected young people. I select the members to be inducted as dedicated members. The selected members are given ownership of a business that SuperMindsSystems Group puts up. These kids can still be in college but they become business owners as they are being given the privilege and the opportunity to co-own a business.

Success in SuperMindsSystems goes through the process of planning, designing (also organizing) and crafting. This means we plan what we do, we design the plan, and then we do the plan.

To attain success it is important that we have the blueprint of that success. Following up to do the thing that has not yet been done before is scientific in nature due to its experimenting actions. The future is empty, it's being filled up by results of the ongoing activities. Time is empty unless you fill it up by tangible ideas. Mental power alone is not capable of materializing a concept, actions that produce the desired results are the main factors in creating a tangible object.

Producing in mass numbers young millionaires in the next 6 to ten years- say, a thousand of them- from among the 17 to 22 year-olds, have never been done before. Occasionally, one or two or three young millionaires in their early 20's happen at random, but not in the hundreds at the same time, simultaneously- from one group.

This technique has never been done before, I don't think. What we do now is following up on this idea that has never been done before. SuperMindsSystems will turn over 100 millionaires in time. Why being in SuperMindsSystems Group is cool? Is SMS a Christian group? Is membership limited only to 17 to 22 years old?

SuperMindsGroup is limited only to 17 to 22 years old. If you're 23, you can no longer become a member. Yet, you may join by taking up the position of consultant.

SMS is not a Christian group. But the members are 100% Christians. A non-Christian can become a member. I define Christian group as church or religion. SMS is not religious. However, SMS is a godly group. SMS is godly in the sense that it practices godliness in the world. In other words, SMS is not a church group. SMS is a "worldly" group but the members are all children of God.

Why it's cool to become a part of SMS is because of mentoring. One of the "Ayudtudized" philosophies taught in SMS is: "Life is good-based, present-based, and development-based."

Another thing why it's cool to join SMS is business ownership. The 17 to 22 years old young people who become members of SuperMindsSystems will be given the opportunity and the privilege to own a business of their own.

The main program is SMS is making the members become millionaires before they hit 30 years of age. That's why it only allows 17 to 22 years old to be members because of the time element in making these young ones become millionaires.

The reason why it aspires to make its members become millionaires is because it wants the members retire their parents or guardians from working.

This tells us that there is so much money in the world, and these monies are in the vaults of thousands of banks everywhere. Out of $1,000 billions, it is possible to get $100 billions. And why not? But $100 billions is so much money. Forget the $100 billions, just aspire for $1 single billion. Now, think. In $1 solitary billion there are $1,000 millions. Can we try to get $100 million dollars? Don't ask why, rather, ask why not? But $100 million is so much already. Why not just get $1 single million? Is this doable? Yes. With a system, yes.

Pastor Jones is very inspiring and informative. He will explore ideas in your head that are not supposed to be there and replace them with ideas that are supposed to be there. People's attitude is what is responsible of their conditions. Being poor or rich doesn't have to do with money. The financial condition of a person solely depends on his outlook in life, and 97 percent of the population in the world has an outlook that gets them trapped in a job. People see jobs as the way of life. Almost the entire population in the world looks for jobs. So, when there's a thing like a presentation of a seminar to talk about personal improvement they do not pay an attention. If they only knew what a seminar like "Discover Who You Are" do to them, they will exert an effort to attend. But why do they ignore such an important subject? It's because their views on things are on the regular stuffs, which is "a job."

People who attend seminars to know and learn more about life are not your regular guys. People who get attracted to a title like "Discover Who You Are" are the ones who have a different outlook. These are the people who understand that to be more they have to know more. These are the people that are working on their personal developments.

Julian and I registered SuperMindsSystems last week. As we entered the hall going to the business registration office, we were stopped by some guards to be checked and x-rayed. When we left the place about thirty minutes later I pointed out to Julian the guards who were only sitting beside the xray machines. I said, "See those people? Ten years from now they will still be there." Of course, I'm basing my judgment on their present situation. Who knows if they all were just doing it as their second job and their first job has to do with personal development. But you have to agree with me that if that is all that they do day-in and day-out, ten years from now they will still be there.

Will anyone pay attention to this article? Hardly anyone. Except for those who desire to make their lives better. I do not expect anyone, other than the SMS members, who reads this to come to Palace Hotel. I bet you. Even if 10,000 people reads this, not one single person out of this large number will attend. I'd be lucky to get one. Why is that? That's just the way it is. That's the norm.

Yet, I guarantee you, if anyone realized prior to reading this article that something has got to change for him, a ratio of him or her going to the meeting will act up. He may think that it will be worth his while to check this thing out.

But I doubt if someone will have the realization. People are blindly seeing things and, vice versa, seeing things blindly.

With SuperMinders, meaning, the members, this is what they will hear from my mentoring. They have got to get up to become a part of the 3% of the population who rules and dominates the world, in business, in politics, in entertainment, and in education. THE POWER OF RIGHT HABIT, by Dr. John E. Ayudtud

Habit is what we do always. Mannerism is a habit, except that some mannerisms are brought about by involuntary muscular disorder. A habit is stronger than mannerism because it generally has a will of its own. Drinking coffee is an example. People who have the habit almost always without thinking about it go to get the coffee. One strong trait with habit is that it is so constraining, you cannot almost stop it. Another strong example is smoking.

We hear the expression: "It's habit forming." What does it mean? It means that many people are already trapped into doing it, and if you start doing the same thing it's almost sure that you will get trapped into it.

A habit is not necessarily bad, so we can say that there is a bad habit and there is a good habit. A good habit builds our life. A bad habit destroys us, needless to say.

An attitude is a little different from habit. Habit is the thing that you like to do, while attitude is the mind behind you doing the habit. For example, if you're careless that is an attitude. Waking up late or in short laziness is a habit. This means that because you are careless you sleep late and you wake up late. Attitude is the mind part of the habit. Habit is the action part.

In our SuperMindsSystems program we make our members become financially successful earlier than later, and we want them to become millionaires because we want them to retire their parents while their parents, or guardians, are still young enough to travel and entertain themselves. Superminders, meaning the members, are 17 to 22 year olds. This means that their mind is still soft, pliable, and can be formed, which means it can be formed to do the right habit. Older people are kind of hardened. I am convinced, as the founder, that I can succeed in molding these young people, and I have already the track record on this.

Of course, members of SuperMindsSystems have habits already, and, mind you, bad habits. My mentoring is going to change their bad habits to good. I am very clear in my instructions to people: I choose the members. Why? Because I choose only those that have the willingness to be developed. Not all young people who see the concept become members. With their attitude they simply qualify or do not qualify. But, no worry, there are thousands of young people out there. I try to get two or three out of ten. I look at the prospects who are genuinely serious to become rich and to retire their parents early. I do not look on race, religion, or educational background as a barrier. What makes me choose them is their attitude. Not habit. It's attitude.

SuperMindsSystems program is quite simple. All they need to get themselves do is get to the youth call and attend our regular meetings. No money is required from them, except the fundraising part. They do not have to work. They can go to school and aim at graduating, and at the same time they can be owners already of a business or businesses that we put up. What I need from them is extreme coachability.

What I am doing in the youth is forming in them the right habit. And the main teaching that I teach is the philosophy of good-based, present-based, and development-based. I teach the members to never answer back their parents rudely. They can reason out but not rudely. But better still, not to reason out. I teach the members to not hate people, and never deem anyone as bad. And I teach them to never become angry.

People are doubters by nature, and so there are those that surmise whether or not this thing will work. The concept of SuperMindsSystems as a group is new. To the rich people who teach their children success they use this concept already. SMS is unique because it takes care of the members. Other groups take care of a culture, a religion, or a cause, and the members are the ones that are exploited. Of course, their members are happy for feeling good about what they do to a cause. They don't care if they don't get anything in return. SMS members do things to benefit themselves. The cause is themselves. They are the very beneficiary of all their efforts. Later on, when they become millionaires, then they will care for the poor. Right now they are the poor. So they care for themselves at the moment. I say, we have a real big chance to succeed. And my mentoring has changed so many lives already.

SMS program is formulating right habits. And, as the mentor, I see that money is the lifeblood of existence, and the very means to acquire the ends. We get close to the means rather than to the ends. Vacation, cars, homes, are very attractive, and they are the ends, yet when you get close to them and you do not have the means, you simply get stranded. How can you get the ends when you do not have the means? In SMS mentoring we work on the means. And money is the means. And our program is to get as much money our hands can get a hold of. Until all of the members become millionaires.

BELIEF MAKES YOU

Belief is the conscience of the subconcious mind that makes you and I act as per nudging of our desires. Without belief nothing happens within us. Belief is the very glue that attaches us to all our activities. It is a program whereby our lives are being run moment to moment.

It is not on unbelief that we fail, it is on the belief of some untrue notions that makes our lives get stagnated. Why we do not try a new thing is not because we don't believe it won't work, but rather we believed so much on our notions that such thing will not work. So it is not so much on our unbelief on an opportunity, it is more on the belief within us that held us captive for years.

For us to change, we must change our beliefs. It is our beliefs that control us. To achieve a feat in life, we deal first with our belief, not on our unbelief. Our unbelief is the product of our beliefs.

A simple example of this fact is religion. If you are a Catholic and someone tells you that Mormonism is the right religion, what would you do? Would you accept that Mormons is the right religion right away? No! Why? It's because you don't believe it. Why don't you believe it? Your judgment is not based on your unbelief of the Mormons, rather it is based on your belief on the Catholic Church to be the only right church. Can a Catholic get converted to Mormonism? Yes, of course! How? The Catholic is taught to disbelieve his beliefs on the Catholic Church and now taught to believe on the Mormon church.

When it comes to making yourself a millionaire the same belief system applies. Your unbelief in becoming a millionaire lies underneath the belief that you cannot become one. Your beliefs systematized your subconscious mind, and thus influenced all your outlooks. Becoming a millionaire is very attractive and in fact exciting, but do you believe it? You wish! But you cannot believe it not because such a thing is impossible, but rather you have been soaked into a belief that you cannot be. Notice those people that already became a millionaire once and lost it. They get it back again. Why? They have the belief.

Mentoring in SuperMindsSystems, especially to the youth of 17 to 22 years old will establish a belief in the minds of the members that they all will become millionaires. Especially on a system that they all will own businesses and get trained to become entrepreneurs, they will all become millionaires. What does a 17 to 22 year olds have in common? Softness of mind, the tendency to believe anything. And what happens when a 17 to 22 year olds get to believe that they can be rich and can become millionaires? They will become millionaires. Of course, they have to work hard on it. And their beliefs will make them work hard on it.

These young people, outside of SMS, if they are not a member, will still have to work hard for their living to make it in life, anyway. So, why not work hard, inside a system, that will make them a millionaire?

How lucky these 17 to 22 year olds are! Yes, they all are!

SuperMindsSystems is membership-based. The members' capital investment to be considered as owner of a business or businesses as worked out by SMS leadership is in their fundraising. The members, 17 to 22 year olds do not become a member into SMS by applying for membership. They are chosen. No one becomes a member just because he or she wants to be a member.

How do you get chosen?

First, you have to show the interest and must attend regular meetings. Next, you have to be extremely coachable. This means that you have the willingness to get developed. Then, you get chosen to be initiated and inducted. And then you will be included in the list of those that should become owners of the business or businesses.

SMS sorts out the 17 to 22 year olds. If you are 23 and over and would like to participate, you still get trained but you would belong to a different category. SMS will accept everyone to participate. SMS, though, will pick the ones that have the dedication and the interest.

The main philosophy that we teach is based on the "Ayudtudized" philosophies of good-based, present-based, and, development-based.

I don't know what happened why in the last issue some of the faces of the team were not seen. Anyway, here is a redo. Our first girl in the team is not in the picture. Her name is KASE. Others not in picture are Christian Corrales, Oliver Solano, Bing Llamas.

You guys, let's be aggressive in inviting. Youth call is a must. We want our youth call to be filled up to capacity. I think our line can accomodate 115 callers. Let's not be slack in ushering our prospects to the youth call. Our guest speaker this Saturday is a good friend to our director, Jimmy Miller. Mr. Jim Rohn, mentor of mentors, had said: "Money without ambition, where are you? A dollar with ambition will make you a millionaire."

Superminds youth group are an ambitious bunch. If you're between 17 to 22 years old and you like Superminds concept but you are unambitious, I will have to tell you that you do not belong here. Of course, we'll allow you to join our meetings but unless you develop an ambition in you to become a great person, then Superminds is not the group you should hang out with. If you are SuperMindsSystems (SMS) member you are a plain super ambitious young person also.

Every member of SuperMindsSystems is required to desire to become a millionaire. And since membership is only open to 17 to 22 years old, we project that before you turn 30 years old you'd have an earning of at least a million dollars every year. SuperMinds youth are trained to think big. The simple question is, "Can any young person, starting at age 17, have a potential to become a millionaire?" "Is it doable?" The answer is "yes" of course. And if it is doable, why not desire it? If it is doable why not become a millionaire? If it can be done, why not do it?

Consider this fact. There's $300 trillion dollars in the global economy. One trillion is 1,000 billions. Say that again with me, one trillion is 1,000 billions. Can you try to get the 100 billion out of the one thousand billions? Forget about the 100 billion, just think about one billion; 100 billions is so much money. Think again, though, one billion is 1,000 millions. Can you get 1oo million? You might say yes. But 100 million is a lot. So, why not try to get a million?

Getting a million doesn't appear very hard, if we go into large numbers.

We are training our youth to become entrepreneurs. SuperMindsSystems of SMS is not going to develop young people to enable them to work after they graduate college. We want SuperMinds youth to graduate college not go to work but to start living a good life as a millionaire. And we want our youth to get into a noble cause to retire their parents and provide them a home to live, a car to drive, and a vacation that allows them to enjoy their time.

The development in SuperMindsSystems mentoring is on making the young person become wealthy. And they will be told that money is plentiful and that each Superminds should become a millionaire.

This call is a free call, so you do not have to worry about charges. Julian Juce Pormentilla is the presider of the call. He is the president of SuperMindsSystems. He is assisted by Cris Arriola, the vice president. Julian is turning out to be a very powerful speaker. At 19 years old, he is doing the proper activities to success. He is, to say the least, very inspiring. Be sure to get into the call this Saturday and invite as many friends as you can.

It's reported that during the time when Abraham Lincoln was the president a young man came to him to ask how a man can achieve success. It is told that Abraham Lincoln told him that if he believed in his heart that he could succeed, then he is already half way. Norman Vincent Peale, author of the best selling book, "The Power Of Positive Thinking," said that "If you believe you can, you can." He added that if you have faith, then that faith is enough.

The problem with today's people is unbelief. It seems like no one believes anything anymore. I have been talking to many people about business opportunities and I get very surprised at their attitude. It is not that they do not understand my presentation. It is not that they do not trust me. It is not that they are doubting the opportunity. It is just because they have lost the ability to believe. People today just do not believe anymore. I was in a meeting where the man talking in the front had us get our pens to write a code in a piece of paper. "The first one to finish first gets my brandnew Mercedez Benz" he told us. The key of the car is in his hand. He asked if we were ready to write the code and we said we were ready. All of us in the room had a pen in hand and all poised to write down the code. Each of us wanted to be the first one to finish. He had us believed that he would give the car away. We all believed because the key was in his hand and the Mercedez Benz is parked outside. Of course, he never gave us the code. Then he said: "You believe that I would give you my car. But do you know that if you signed up to do the business opportunity that you could have as many cars as you want due to the money that you could get in this opportunity?"

It was easier to believe something that is already there. The expectation in the room as this man was talking was that of, "What if he would really give it, then I would lose my chance to get the car?" We want something that is already there and that we do not have to work for. We do not want something that is promised us that is not there yet, especially if we still have to work hard for it. So, if we are told that it is possible that all of us can become a millionaire, we like the idea, and we would like for it to become true, but, the sad thing is, we really do not believe that we all can become a millionaire.

Your biggest problem is not in the fact that to become a millionaire is doable, but it is in the fact that you just do not believe it's going to happen. Deep in your heart you know that there are young people who are becoming wealthy. You do not have any doubt that people can become a millionaire. Your problem is you do not believe that you are the person that will become a millionaire. You could believe other people become a millionaire, but you cannot believe that you can be the one.

With SuperMindsSystems, we are focused on making our members become a millionaire. To make this a possibility, we get into mind-changing lectures that enable our faith to become strong and get into a mold where earning a million dollars is not empossible. In mentoring we are able to conquer our doubts and embrace faith in a more real way. The members of SuperMindsSystems who are only 17 to 22 years old will be developed in such a way that they all will be able to really believe in their heart that it is possible that all of them can become a millionaire. In other words, mentoring will get all of them into a programming mode which will transform their attitude of doubt into the attitude of belief and faith. I'm telling all you young people through this blog that you better do the necessary actions now. With so many things to do and multiple forms of entertainment that you guys could get involved in, you better do the kinds of activities that will sculpt the kind of future you want to have. If you don't do the kinds of activities that will develop you to become financially off and free, you are simply meddling with trivialities that are absolutely nonsense.

Young people are easily trapped into doing what they call "cool stuffs." Hanging out with friends into the nights chatting, playing games, just carrying on to waste the time away would appear the normal thing to do for a young man or a young woman. And you may be doing it harmlessly. Yet, the reality is, time passes by so consistently, and before you know it you had already turned several years older.

You have simply missed it if now at 26 you're working at McDonalds. I'm not saying there's something wrong with working in McDonalds. What I'm saying is you are not supposed to be there at 26. Where were you when you were 18, 19, 20, or 21 years old?

It's been attested in a survey that a young person of 15 who thinks and begins to make efforts toward his or her future will become a millionaire at age 30. But how many 15 year olds are thinking about a future? Hardly. Most teenagers are into hanging out with friends doing lots of silly things. And you might tell me to not divest them of their rightful joys. You might tell me to let them have their time now for when they get old they'll never be young again. Maybe, you have a reasonable philosophy. However, young people who waste their time galivanting around end up getting a very empty future.

Most of the very successful people in the world started fulfilling their dreams at their young age. Their preparation in youth carries them long in success to build lasting wealth and legacies in their old age. If some people are able to manage success in their forties and still make it big in the end, how much more of a young person who get involved in success at a young age? Chances are, the people who get into successes at their 40's in actuality started envisioning that life starting at a young age. Their breaks just happened to be long in coming. If you're 40 now and it's only now that you are getting serious about success, there's a big chance you will not make it. Besides, multitudes of 40 year olds are trapped in a job and cannot see anything better.

Young people should start success at a young age. You start crafting your success at age 16 and by 25 you become a millionaire, chances are at age 30 you do not have to work anymore. What would you do if at age 30 you are earning one million dollars or more a year? What would you do if you have gotten yourself established in business, so much so, that you do not have to be physically present in your business and you still make the money?

There are people who get their break of success when they are 60 years old. This is still awesome, of course. But how many more years that are left for them to enjoy that kind of a lifestyle? But if you can already get away from anything at age 30 and are financially free, how awesome would that be?

SuperMindsSystems, Inc. focuses on a program to develop its members who are 17 to 22 year olds become millionaires before they get the age of 30. It is such an ambitious program. Is it possible to develop a young person between 17 to 22 years old by turning them into entrepreneurs and business owners and get them earn millions of dollars before they turn 30 years old? Mr. Jim Rohn, a legend in business philosophies, finds out in his studies that it takes 6 years for a person to become a millionaire from the time he started his business. In his lectures, he says: "Any six year. 19 to 25, 31 to 37, 45 to 51. Any six years." This translates that a 22 year old SuperMindsSystems member will become a millionaire at age 28.

Existence, Money, & Love. Number one in the realities of life is existence. Life is existence for without existence there would be no life. The second is money. Some of us feel uneasy when money is being discussed. We have been told that the love of money is the root of all evil. Money, though, answers all things, Ecc. 10:19. I teach in my "Ayudtudized" philosophies that money is the "lifeblood of existence." And money is God's way of providing the needs of people. The third comes love. Existence, money, and love. We must understand the sequence. Some people might say love is number one. But how can you love when there is no existence? Some would put love next to existence. But love dies without money.

In my mentoring, I am very big on money. I always tell people that there is 300 trillion dollars in the global economy. One trillion is one thousand billions. I say, I'd like to get the 100 billion. And why not? And that is my lifetime goal. And I would do what Jim Rohn says: "Strive to be a millionaire not for what it will give you but for what it will make of you. After you become a millionaire you can give the money away, because money is not your objective; becoming is your objective." I would love to get the $100 billion out of the $300 trillion and give this money to the poor.

Our program with SuperMinds/351Media is to make young millionaires. The noble goal is we want young people before the age of 30 retire their parents while they still have the time to travel and do other entertainments. How beautiful would that be if a 25 year-old young man buys his dad and mom a beautiful home and buys them a beautiful car and tells them not to work anymore because he has become a millionaire. I know personally of a young man by the name of Alexander Groom that bought his mom a home at age 20. Guys, that's awesome.

SuperMindsSystems or SMS is a membership based group designed to pick young people from 17 to 22 years old to develop to millionaireship. Wow, notice the new word: "Millionaireship." Julian Pormentilla, the JUCE of Rutgers University, president of SMS is committed to doing that to himself and to hundreds of other 19 year olds like him. Cris Arriola, the SMS vice president, is only 18 years old and on his way to be the first millionaire young man in his family. I am so blessed by God to have them. I sincerely give my best time and effort to the development of the SuperMindsSystems youth.

I hear many people ask the question, "Why do you have to be famous?" The answer to that question is another question and it is: "Why not?" I hear people ask, "Why do you have to be rich?" The answer to that question is another question, "Why not?" People tend to ask, "Why do you have to be a millionaire?" The answer again is, "Why not?" Why not is the answer to many questions in the new millennium, and it is the best answer.

The youth call last night, Saturday, May 25, 2007, was successfully attended by many young people from around New Jersey and New York area. It is not clear yet how many attended from out of state. Mr. James Miller, president of the Commex Digital Solutions of Boston, Massachussets, was excellent in sharing his secrets of success to the audience. He was very inspirational to say the least. Jim is the first company president who's involved with SuperMindsSystems, Inc. and the 351 Media Movement. I would like to commend Julian "Juce" Pormentilla for handling the call in an excellent manner. Julian is the president of the SuperMindsSystems, Inc. and the youth director of the 351 Media Movement.

We target exclusively the young people from ages 17 to 22 to be part of the SuperMindsSystems, Inc. The goal of SMS is to make young millionaires before the reach the age of 30 years old. I am expecting the members of SMS realize their first millions before their 25th year birthday. There are many young millionaires today who are only in their 20's and many of them realize their millions through hard work. You have to admit that no one becomes a millionaire by working in a job. One can only become rich by being in business. The main strategy that the SMS will have in turning out young millionaires is through entrepreneurship- meaning SMS members will get into business ownership and ventures.

SuperMindsSystems will do a thing that perhaps has never been done before. I desire to see young people retire their parents at their young age. I desire young people to never write a resume for a job interview when they finish college. I want to see the newly graduates start living their dreams already just because they have become rich through the SuperMindsSystems methodology and strategy. How can a college student become wealthy while studying through college? SuperMindsSystems will get into businessess to be owned by them while they are still in college. Can this be done? WHY NOT? If you have the money, you may do anything. If you have the money, you can go to college and at the same time own a business.

SuperMindsSystems is unique. It is a membership-based body of young members whose objective is not to promote a culture or a philosophy, or a church, or an ideology. Although I mentor the young members with JASE Lectures and other personal philosophies, my goal is not to promote my philosophies but to instead promote the members who are the beneficiaries of these philosophies. In other words, SMS is not going to exploit the members to enrich a culture, a cause, or the leader, but SMS will enrich the very members of the group. We make sure that the people that belong to the group will become successful in finances and in proper behavior. The main philosophy that our members will learn is: life is good-based, present-based, and development-based. I call all these as GOD-based. I am very big in teaching about godliness in the world, not godliness in the church. (Christianity is not the answer. It's the Christians in Christianity, who are in the world, who are the answer.)

SMS members will have one common thing, and that is the philosophy of hard work. I teach the SMS members to work very hard within ten years. Chances are, if all of us work very hard for ten years in a business enterprise, (not in a job) we will become very successful. So, if an SMS member begins to work hard at age 20, when he reaches 30 years old he'll become very successful and he would not have to worry about anything all the rest of his life, that is if he continues to live in the proper philosophies that I teach.

Membership in SMS is not by application but by induction and initiation. I choose the young people who I think are deserving. The number one qualification of membership is being extremely coachable. I need people who want to be develop. Young people that are arrogant in attitude cannot become a member. You can be proud but not arrogant. We are looking for young people who will help make SMS a success in the far future. So, any attitude that will hinder our success will not be tolerated.

I dedicate my life to the young. This thing is not about me but about them. When they all become millionaires I will not be able to get the millions away from them. They will own their businesses and their millions. So, I want you to understand, that it is not about my philosophies, rather it is about you becoming successful in life.

Membership in SMS is not for everyone. We sort the people, and we decide and who can become a part of SMS. And membership is free. But we want every member to engage in hard work and dedication to their success.

The SuperMindsSystems(SMS) youth call lasts not more than one hour. The call consists of welcome message from president of SMS, Julian "Juce" Pormentilla, and a short greeting from Cris Arriola, SMS vice-president. Then Julian introduces me. I talk about 10 minutes and then I introduce the guest speaker. After the guest speaker talks about 25 minutes I come in again and wrap it up for about 10 minutes and Julian closes it.

This call is designed for the youth, specifically for ages 17 to 22 years old. The purpose of the call is to incite these young people to believe that they can become successful early in their life rather than later. The other purpose of the call is to sort who among them can be selected to become members of the SuperMindsSystems/351 Media. Membership in this prestigious organization is not by choice of the interested young people. I select the ones that I see qualify for our high standard.

The call speaks about success for the young people, developing them to become young millionaires, giving them ownership of a business or businesses in their young age. My motive is to produce young people who will retire their parents from working while they are still able to enjoy travel and entertainment. The goal of SuperMindsSystems is to make its members become millionaires before they reach 30 years old.

The main activities of SMS is mentoring the active mind of the young. The goal is to produce young millionaires. Can it be done? Yes. Definitely. There are many young millionaires in the world today. How are we able to do this? By establishing businesses to be owned by the young members of SMS. And how will we get the funds? SMS is membership-based. All the members will raise the funds. Every young person must understand and accept the fact that he cannot be many in life. One can only be one person. To try to become several persons is conflicting. You may try but I'd advise you not to do it. Focus on your self. Work on yourself to become the you that should be.

You must understand that you are a unique individual and that there's only one you in the entire history of human existence. And you live only now. You did not live in yesteryears. You will not also live in tomorrowyears. You live only in todaysyears. To try to change these arrangement will confuse your intellect and subconscious mind. Trust me, you'd just want to be you.

There are many out there that are beautiful- nice body, attractive face, and smart. And you may not have any of these. Don't fret. Don't trouble yourself. Begin now to cultivate what you got. What they got is not yours. Don't try to be like them, you are not them- you're you. Don't be unhappy because you don't have what others have. You have you and you should have you. You is what you have, so have that you.

I got news for you. You know what happens if you cultivate what you have? You could be surprised that you are even better than those that you admire. So, I urge you to cultivate yourself. And work on that you. Make yourself strong, wise, smart, and look attractive. You may not be attractive but you can look attractive. Work to be wealthy. Wealth can help your looks. Work to be happy, that can help your health.

What I want to tell you really is to just be a one you, not a many you. Do not try to be many. You can't do it. Believe me, you don't want any problem, so be happy that you are you and just focus on your being the individual you.

If you mimic others, in ten years you get nothing. If you work to be yourself, in ten years you will be surprised what you have become.

I hope you get the idea. Let me tell you, when I found Lloyd Luna in the Philippines he was skinny and dark. I taught him the law of assumption. He believed it. He applied himself to what he thought that he should be. Now, he has a billboard of himself. His name is everywhere in the news magazine as one of the youngest successful people in the Philippines. And, of course, he really looks great now.

I'd like to help you. I dedicate my life to you to make you better. Let me help you work on yourself. You'd be surprised, three years from now, you will find out that you are truly a great person, by heart, by mind, and by body.

Only action will do the job. Thoughts, imaginations, plans, meetings, seminars, conferences, talks, conventions, and the like, will not do the job. Unless there is action there will never be a thing done.

At any moment in your life action is the only thing that will build you. So, even if you are not so sure about the action that you will do, as long as it is legal and won't hurt anyone, go ahead and do it. If you are afraid, do it afraid. The bottom line is: Just do it.

Time is empty if you don't put action in it. Your future is empty and you are filling it with your activities now. Your life will also be empty if you don't fill it up with activities.

I teach on the 3 cyclical interchangeables- thoughts, words, actions. These three go in a cycle and interchanges. You got to have the thoughts, then action, then words. Or you get the actions, followed by thoughts, and words. Whichever happens first, these 3 interchanges. But the most important of the 3 is action.

Of course, you have to have knowledge, that's why we ask and read. But knowledge without action is dead. Even faith without action is dead. Faith is the strongest element, but even that is dead without action.

Why not act on your youth? Why not act on your time? Why wait? What is there to wait for? You are wasting your time if you wait.

People say, "Let me think about it." That's valid, but they just say an alibi. What do you have to think about if the thing is good, positive, and it is an opportunity to better your life?

For example, joining the youth call. Are you going to say, "Oh, let me think about whether or not I will join the youth call?" Why not join in if you are not doing an emergency? It's just a call. You have a cell phone, right? Saturday is free call, right? Why not call in? If you don't call in and you are not doing anything, then you are wasting your time.

People ask me, "How can you do all these?" It looks to them I am really doing a lot. They observe that I have still time to write and do recordings, or create a presentation show. They seem to see that I am doing a lot. Believe me, I'm not doing a lot. My focus now is building up the lives of young people, and I am not doing a lot at all. I need to do more.

Yes, guys, we need to do more. And you need to do the proper activity. Productivity is doing the proper activity. Building your life is the most important thing of all. Build it with inspiration. Build it with proper philosophies. Build it strong and build it good. And action is the very requirement to build your life. Proper action and action on time.

So, you got time? Act. Act on that time. Don't waste it.

The main thing with this youth call is inspiration. In life, inspiration is number one. The primary reason why we don't do the things that we should be doing is because we are not inspired. Whatever it is that you like doing you still have to get inspiration to do them. For example, you may love to sing. But if you are not inspired to sing, you will not sing. You may be forced to sing, and that may bring then the inspiration. It's different when you are inspired, you would be performing very well.

Last Saturday in the call, Anna Marie Dorelien spoke very eloquently about the challenge that the youth have. The main thing that she focused on her speaking was about the pursuing of the dream of a young person. Everyone was blessed of her. There were people in Chicago and in Dallas that were in the call and they told me that they were so inspired by her.

Imagine if a young person, or even an older person, is on the road of some difficult challenges and he or she hears about the call. Guess what? That call will turn him or her around. That call will give this person some perspective. That person will change his or her views about the personal difficulty that he or she has.

Julian Pormentilla, the president of the SuperMinds Systems is only 19 years old, assisted by Cris Arreola who is only 18. SCHEMING AND EVADING

To fare better in life you have to scheme and evade. The law of mobility warrants that we know what we do. You and I cannot be naive and ignorant. Since nothing is fixated, you and I must be keen towards what may happen next.

Driving requires that we are fully awake. You cannot drive sleepy, you're in danger of losing control of the car. You have to be fully awake since things can change any moment. A car may stop in front of you so suddenly that you need to have proper judgment how hard or soft you step on your brakes.

In life, though it is not as fast as in maneuvering a vehicle, you have to have proper judgment as to how you should apply yourself in the wide open future ahead of you. You must learn how to scheme and evade. If you want to fare well in life you have to learn how to deal with the law of mobility, the law of changes and the law of interactions.

Someone pointed out to me that the word scheme is negative, it is not nice to hear and there is an evil connotation attached to it. I agree that scheme is not very nice to use. However, in the grand scheme of things this is how nature is set up and this is the way how people do things. There are religious people who are afraid of the word, yet in reality we always "scheme our milk," so to speak, when we plan what we would like to do.

People who are so called "mild" never advance in life. You cannot join the American Idol and be mild. You cannot act in the movie and choose the mild scenes. You cannot do success in business, such as in sales, if you are mild. Mr. Jim Rohn, the great business philosopher, says "Don't take life casually or you would be a casualty." You cannot be mild in the raging law of mobility. You will get run over if your are not fast enough.

In my lectures, scheming and evading is one of my main subjects. And so I teach this to the youth. You can become evil in scheming. But life is not evil-based, life is always good based. I teach my youth to scheme in life good-based. And you need to evade situations that are evil because you cannot live a good life in evil. Don't choose evil. Choose the good. And if you choose good instead of evil you cannot be casual, mild, and naive. You must be aggressive. And to be aggressive, you must learn how to scheme and evade. Always scheme and evade good-based. SuperMinds Systems Inc. Youth Call

Our youth call last Monday at 10:30PM Est at 402-756-9100, pin 312343#, went smooth and well with Julian "Juce" Pormentilla as presider.

I was not sure how many young people plugged in but it sounded, according to the call's indicator, that there were at least more than 10 young people in it. To me that was so exciting because my dream of working on the youth is coming true literally.

Julian, Cris Arreola, and I agreed to have another call this Saturday, May 5, at 10:30PM where we will invite young people from all over the USA to plug in. We expect to get around 30 young people to be joining and we will have my daughter, Anna Marie Dorelien, to be guest speaker. Anna Marie is a usual speaker to the young people, with an ongoing Master's for molding children's behavior.

SuperMinds Systems, Inc. is a venture that develops the young people's active mind. It is a corporation that assists young entrepreneurs get a footing into the real business world. My goal as the founder is to turnover young people become millionaires at early ages. I am mentoring teenagers from 16 years old and up, and I envision them become millionaires at ages 22 or 23, or around these ages. My philosophy is life is good-based, present-based, and development-based. So the young people that get into my mentoring will get into the mold of goodness and properness. No one experiences a good life by being bad. We only experience the good life if we are good. I teach to not hate anybody. I teach about scheming and evading. This is the fact of life. You scheme through life, and you evade situations and conditions that are not good and healthy to your well being. The main scenario in life is arranged on these three facts: existence, money, and love. Existence is number one, and to support that existence we have to have money, and then to live a life with money we must practive love. What is the evidence that you and I have love? Care is the evidence of love. When you care you will never fail. Care is the flower of love, and so when you care, then, you will never fail.

The idea of my mentoring is to create a center where we will all gravitate around. Inspiration is number one in life. Mr. Jim Rohn, a great philosopher, said, "Seek to be inspired and then seek to inspire." And I created this mentoring with inspiring the young people as my number one goal. Then, my second goal is to teach them my philosophies.

I invite all of you to join the SuperMinds Systems, Inc. youth call this Saturday at 10:30PM. Julian Pormentilla, the president of the SuperMinds Systems, Inc. will again preside and also make a short talk of inspiration.

The SuperMinds Systems: The Attrition Rate Principle

Attrition is the process of wear and tear when it comes to using a thing. To a person, it’s a test to once endurance and determination. In network marketing, it’s about the ratio of drop-offs.

The word attrition is not commonly said and used, and not very many people know of its meaning. As I looked into it I’m finding out that in almost anything there is the principle of attrition. It’s also a law, since all things go through a wear and tear process.

Death is an attrition principle. When a person dies, he or she has reached a point where he or she has gotten eliminated out of life.

When you changed a car’s tire, you eliminate the tire because it’s no longer trustworthy. Attrition is therefore a fact of life. There is a moment in your life that you just have to stop doing what you have been doing for so many years just because it’s no longer effective and applicable. In other words, such thing is not working for you.

What I would like to discuss here is the attrition principle or process that has to do with emotion. Have you heard people say, “I have enough?”

A good example of an emotional attrition is marriage. Two people in marriage try to make their relationship work. They go through lots of adjustments and compromise. They get and forget, they give and forgive. They stand and understand, or, overstand. They go to counseling to make the relationship really work. But because of the emotional factor that gets the two people in marriage grind up their endurance and stamina now and then and yesterday, today, and tomorrow, so to speak, they get into a point of quitting the whole thing. And so finally, the principle of attrition revealed the true emotional bearing of the husband and the wife and they divorce.

Can a tumultuous relationship salvageable? Yes, only if the two people in relationship recognize the emotional bearing in a relationship. Only if both of them recognize the damage that negative emotions do. The answer is on the awareness factor or principle.

What happens if you are not aware about the havoc that negative emotions bring? You will fight and fight with anyone until you just run out of juice fighting. And then the thing just kills you.

What you and I need to do is to get into mentoring. Mentoring gives you awareness of all that is in you, good or bad. Mentoring will reveal who you are and will teach you how to cope with yourself. The problem with all of us is the trouble that we have inside of us. It’s not the other person that’s coming to you that gives you your personal problem. The problem is you yourself is the problem.

In life, it’s all about awareness. It’s also about scheming and evading, which is the action that you take after you have become aware of the situation.

Mentoring will help you learn and understand the attrition principle. In whatever you do, you need to have awareness, and when you have become aware you will truly now understand what attrition law is doing in your life. Attrition is a law because it happens all the time. But if you have mentoring, you will be able to understand how attrition works in its real raw deal.

THE 3%

It's a fact that the 3% of the world's population controls 97% of the wealth, and 97% of the population works for the 3%. Why I believe this is correct is because it is so obvious and it is what is happening. I even think it's less that 3%. Look at a big company. There may be thousands of people that work there but only one person owns it.

This should tell us that it is not easy to get yourself become a part of the 3%. This also means that out of 100 people only three are rich. Or maybe 1. Or, in some cases, all the 100 are poor.

You will find more rich people in expensive areas, such as Malibu beach, or, Beverly Hills. All the rich live there. But in the poor areas, aside from the fact that there are so many people that live there, no one is rich among them. Most of the people who reside in poor communities are employees. The owners of the company that they work for don't live in their communities.

The 3% rich is simply a fact of human existence. You cannot get angry about it. And you try to become a part of the 3% you will find that it is not easy. In fact, it is very very hard. Many many people, multitude in number, strive to belong to the 3% and they are not successful. With the desire of people to get rich we still find that the rich is still the 3%. Which means that the desirous people do not succeed. We have not broken the ratio. We have not gotten up to even 5%. In fact there are more poor people now than before.

Young people who read this don't really care. In fact only 3% of the people that read this article cares. The 97% doesn't care at all. They don't give any attention to this. Which will mean that the 3% will not still change in the future.

If you are a young man reading this, you might get yourself into thinking that you do not want to belong to the 97%, meaning, you want to be a part of the 3%. But are you qualified? I doubt it. I believe you are a part of the 97%.

You might tell me, "Dr. John, how dare you say that?" Well, you will find out yourself that is extremely hard to belong to the 3%. It is not impossible, but it is very difficult.

Now, I am not saying that you should not become a part of the 3%. It is possible. But again it is extremely difficult.

Those that become a part of the 3% are a special kind of young people. I hope you are a special kind.

If you think you are, I'd like to know you. Why? Because my mission is to help you. I am not a part of the 3%, but I would like to help you become a part of it.

Welcome to the world of reality

You don't spiritualize existence, you materialize it. Life is already spiritual, so in order to make life known we must materialize it. God is spiritual, we must materialize God in our existence. Space is for creation, there is no possibility to create without space. Space is something that is spiritual, and so you create a meterial in it, in order to make it seen and known.

Yesterday, April 22, was a special day to mark in our calendars. I personally launched Julian Portmentilla as leader of 351 USA and president of SuperMinds Systems, Inc. He made a speech in front of parents and the older generation. Chris Arriola is the General Overseer of the SuperMinds System, Inc. as well as the Press representative for the 351 Media Movement in the U.S.A.

The big day will be June 2, 2007 at the Jersey City State University, where there will be a convergence of the youth organization to be represented in the conference of youth entitled: The Youth Will Have To Do It.
